Dr. Bojan Tubić, associate professor
Professor Tubić was born in 1980 in Osijek. He graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2003 and from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy – Department of History in 2016. He received his Magister of Law degree from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2007 (“The Use of Local Remedies as a Requirement for Admissibility of International Application”). He defended his doctoral dissertation (“Judicial Control of Acts of International Organizations and Particularly of the European Communities and European Union”) at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2012.
Scholarships and awards: scholarship of the Foundation ‘Privrednik’ in Novi Sad (1997); scholarship of the University of Novi Sad for talented students (1999-2002); scholarship of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Belgrade (2001); member of the Novi Sad Law Faculty winning team at the Regional Moot Court Competition (Southeast Europe Philip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2003), held in 2003 in Bar, Montenegro; member of the Novi Sad Law Faculty winning team at the regional ‘Istvàn Bibo Human Rights Moot Court Competition’, held in 2003 in Budapest, Hungary; award at the competition for election of ‘best five young lawyers in the Republic of Serbia’ (2008).
