Dr. Maja Stanivuković, full professor
Professor Stanivuković graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 1985 and from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy (Group for English Language and Literature) in 1986. She received her Magister of Law degree from the University of Novi Sad in 1989 (“Property Rights of Aliens”) and her LL.M. degree from Cornell University, New York, in 1991 as a Fulbright fellow. She defended her doctoral dissertation (“International Jurisdiction of Courts in Pecuniary Disputes in the law of the USA, EEC and EFTA”) at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 1994. She obtained Diplôme d’Université de troisième cycle de droit nucléaire international from Université de Montpellier, France in 2011.
