Dr. Dušan Nikolić, full professor

Professor Nikolić was born in 1962 in Pančevo. He graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 1986. He received his Magister of Law degree from the University of Novi Sad in 1990 (“Legal Regulation and Protection of Cyber Functions”). He defended his doctoral dissertation summa cum laude (“The Notion of Civil Sanctions”) at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 1994.

Professor Nikolić is an honorary doctor of law and an honorary professor at the University of Pécs (Hungary).

According to national criteria, the scientific work of professor Nikolić is ranked in the highest category in the field of social sciences (A1).
