Milica Kovačević, assistant

Milica Kovačević was born in 1991. She graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2014. She received her Master of Law degree from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law (“Testate and Intestate Incapacity to Inherit”) in 2016. She enrolled her doctoral academic studies Private Law at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2016.

Fellowships and grants: scholarship of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (2010-2014).

Courses attended and/or visiting scholar: summer school “European Private Law” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Salzburg, Austria (2016); summer program at Prince of Songkla University Faculty of Law in Hat Yai, Thailand (2016); DAAD scholarship for intensive German language course “Kommunikation im universitären Kontext – mündlich präsentieren” at the University of Potsdam, Germany, (2017); Erasmus+ scholar for a summer program in Private International Law of the European Union at the Radbaud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands (2018).

Employment: law clerk at the High Court in Novi Sad (2014-2015); the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law (2016- ).

Areas of research and expertise: inheritance law, responsibility in the domain of inheritance law, digital inheritance law.
