Dr. Ratko Radošević, assistant professor

Assistant Radošević was born in Virovitica in 1986. He graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2010. He received his Master of Law degree from  the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2012 (“Subject Matter of Administrative Dispute”). He defended his doctoral dissertation (“Legal Nature of Administrative Contract”) at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2018.

Fellowships and grants: Аwarded as the best student of the Faculty of Law Novi Sad (2009/2010).

Employment: the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law (2010- ).

Areas of research and expertise: notion of administration and administrative law, acts of the administration, administrative procedure, administrative dispute.
