Stefan Radojčić, assistant

Assistant Radojčić was born in 1992 in Doboj. He graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2015. He received his LL.M. degree from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2017 (“State Responsibility for the Breach of the European Convention on Human Rights”). He enrolled his doctoral studies Public law at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2018.

Fellowships and grants and awards: Special Award for the Scientific Work of Students for а paper “Constitutional Appeal as an Act of Constitutional Protection of Human Rights” (2012/2013); Award for the Scientific Work of Students in the academic for а paper “Vertical Organization of Power with a Review of the Position of the AP Vojvodina in the Constitutional System of the Republic of Serbia” (2013/2014), Award for the Best Government Counsel at the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition held in The Hague (2016). He was a coach of the Novi Sad Law Faculty students’ team which won the third place at the Regional Moot Court Competition, held in Niš (2022).

Employment: intern at a law office (2016-2017); The University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law (2016- ).

Areas of Research and Expertise:  state responsibility, International Criminal Law, international relations, European Union Law.

Languages: English and basic knowledge of German and French.
