Dr. Bojan Pajtić, full professor

Professor Pajtić was born in 1970 in Senta. He graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 1995. He received his Magister of Law degree from the University of Novi Sad (“Fiduciary Agreements as Collaterals“) in 2000. He defended his doctoral dissertation (“Nuptial Agreement“) at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2008.

Courses attended and/or visiting scholar: University of Heidelberg (2018); visiting professor at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia (2018).

Employment: The University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law (1996- ).

Areas of research and expertise: civil law obligations, collaterals and pledges, environmental protection, marital property arrangements.

Languages: English and Hungarian, working knowledge of French.
